@SkyHelpTeam been in touch and had call today but still no better. emailed again and will now await another call. Just wish we'd read all the problems before we changed as it is not an upgrade but a downgrade at worst possible time

@StephenJCme Yes. This is all about reducing contact across population as a whole! I know lots of people in T2 that won't be using their 1 day visiting pass that would happily pass it on to someone in this position.
