their take: candidates are vibe coding, copy pasting from gpt without understanding a single line
partially true, but if you ran 450 interviews and didn't find one person, the problem is not just the candidates
your hiring process is broken, either your filtering is wrong or your interview bar is really unrealistic compared to your talent inflow
