Very bad experience, I feel very frustrated
After being one of the biggest fans and owners of MSI devices for 6 years.

I bought the latest MSI laptop, (Titan 18 hx)
which is worth more than $5000.

After using it (only 20 days) a problem occurred in one of the keyboard buttons,
I went to the authorized agent in Saudi Arabia who did not provide any solution at all and refused to replace the laptop under the pretext that it was misuse!

What misuse can happen to a secondary button and within only 20 days in one of the most expensive gaming laptops designed specifically for games and heavy use?

I do not recommend buying the laptop at all until MSI provides a quick and immediate solution for such problems.
