@SouthwestAir@SouthwestAir 3 hr flight delay from Phoenix to Ontario for “weather” when there’s no rain, no lightning, no thunder, other planes are leaving on time? And poor service from the gate agent? All of these new changes have really destroyed your company :(
Hello parents of little nuggets!
As we plunge headfirst into respiratory virus season, I just want to remind you that Tylenol and ibuprofen are not just for fever, but also treat pain.
Being sick sucks, and when things hurt, kids (just like us) don't want to eat or drink.
@AmericanAir really excellent customer service. Arbitrarily picking and choosing who is allowed to bring a carry on onboard when half the cabin space is empty.
@nobodycares1511 @michaelvoloshin@JetBlue Yep. We are currently in NJ. Lots of flights going out. Having to drive to Philly. Even told them I’m an ER doctor and have patients counting on me to show up to work. Did not care.
@JetBlue been waiting to receive a call for 4 hours now and your chat isn’t answering. Flight got cancelled and there are no alternates. Care to do the right thing and help an ED doc out?
I have now spent 2 hours waiting for a routine physical that I didn’t really need. I now understand why my ED is filled with non-urgent complaints and people who delay care due to this nonsense.
I am continually impressed by the silent professionals making emergency departments successful: patient transporters, radiology technicians, environmental service workers, and registration clerks. Among many other professionals, these dedicated pros deserve our admiration.
EM residents & attendings - when’s the last time you went a shift without seeing at least one nursing home patient who came for “AMS” but also zero history from the nursing home staff?
Breaks my heart - we need more staffing & better conditions at nursing homes for our elderly.
I think our duty is to prevent severe disease for a pathogen that does cause severe disease and has a solution for that misery (e.g. vaccines) so making vaccines plentiful; mandating vax for populations public facing so others not put at risk (teachers, health care workers, etc)
