I recently got a Matic robot vacuum and I’ve been realizing that I haven’t felt this way about a new product since I got my Apple PowerBook G4 in 2005. It felt magical to get a computer that JUST WORKED. So many of my frustrations and issues with Windows were flawlessly and seamlessly solved by my new Mac.

Getting a Matic after years of using a Roomba feels exactly the same as getting a Mac after years of using Windows. My Matic JUST WORKS and actually does a great job cleaning EVERY TIME. It feels surreal after years of being used to a very half-ass and flawed experience with Roomba. It actually feels intelligent and my wife loves it and it has meaningfully affected our life at home with a dog who sheds constantly. My son also loves “Boxy” and talks to him as he cleans haha. My mother in law got one too and really loves it even though she is not the most technologically proficient.

Way to go, Mehul, and team! You’ve brought back that magical feeling that Apple used to have and you’ve taken on the mantle of making a product that really gives delight to your customers!
