@Nelnet I am a student loan customer and have been attempting to call Nelnet for weeks, only to be put on hold for over an hour and disconnected. I want to set up automatic payments over my min amount and cannot do that online. This is unacceptable. Please help.
@bookingcom We were assured by a member of your customer service team that a hotel could not charge us because they declined our card. Your team attempted to contact the hotel, but the hotel was unresponsive. You told us to cancel our booking, and then we were CHARGED. Fix this.
I do'nt care what Kids at School call me because they are all Disgusting Fake Losers and my Real Friends go to a diffrent Scool you haven't heard of and they think Im the Coolest and Smartest and we go to parties and I don't have to tell you there Names for this to be True.
@notclimatebrad@sherylsandberg I hear you. But she speaks up against our alleged meritocracy, ignites policy change discussion, and invests heavily in junior and underrepresented mentorship. I don’t see her as “other.” I just look up and #leanin to her... any day.
“I hate the term ‘personal brand.’ Products have brands. People do not have brands; we are not structured and packaged that way... We say the right things and the wrong things... We have ups and downs... Show people your weaknesses and vulnerabilities.” -@sherylsandberg#shrm18
If a single family from the U.S. that looked like mine (white) tried to enter a foreign land and was detained, with their child taken from them and nobody would tell them where the child was, it would be an intl crisis. The St Dept and others would be demanding action. And yet...
The screams reverberating around the world are coming from terrified children in cages. What you’re saying here is that you believe child abuse should be a legitimate tool of the state. https://t.co/MsQBImFc5n
The more you focus on building a personal brand, the less authentic you appear.
Toothpaste has a brand; it’s packaged and neat. People don’t have brands—they’re real and messy.

“You need a long term goal and a short term plan... If you try to draw a direct line from here to there, you’ll miss all the opportunities in the middle. When I graduated college, there was no internet, and Mark Zuckerberg was in elementary school.” -@sherylsandberg#shrm18
