FWIW, I tried reaching out to Sorel before posting this but only got an unhelpful chat bot or a call waiting time that only INCREASED from 12 to 14 to 17 to 21 minutes even though I was supposedly 3rd in line

@Avis here we go again. I put approx 25-30 miles on my rental and got charged $21.72 for gas. It was a Camry hybrid! Even at $9 a gal or whatever you charge there is no way it used over 2 gals. I’m so done with #avis

@delta @AssistDelta how do you “request mileage credit” when the system is always “unable to process..” why did I get only 630 mqd s -for a round trip from Charleston to Maui ? Even if your site would “process” I have no way of knowing which segments you credited or did not.
