Automation and web systems for UAE businesses. I find where enquiries, bookings and follow ups leak, then build what stops it. Next.js, n8n, AI agents.
Don't automate everything.
I only automate what passes three questions. Does it happen every day? Same steps every time? Does doing it late cost you a customer?
Most small businesses only have three things that pass.
Good automation is quiet.
@taimoor_nasir1 That's the best kind of ask. One odd request becomes the default for the next ten users. Are you seeing more of those from beta, or still filtering hard?
Finding the right contact won't get you a reply.
I find WhatsApp, LinkedIn and email for every UAE business I pitch. WhatsApp first.
Most of the time, nothing comes back. One owner blocked me.
The right contact gets you seen. The message has to earn the reply.
@Dr_BuAbdullah The several services under one roof part is what most small UAE operators still struggle with. One customer journey, five tools that don't talk to each other.
@radwan_altaf Where do you draw the line between what runs on its own and where a person steps in? In my builds the first reply is easy to automate, but the follow up that closes still needs a human.
@calumwhiteceo Are those deal files still PDFs over WhatsApp, or a proper form? Month end is where a simple form feeding a tracker saves the admin team.
@thetaeo Building Next.js sites and n8n automations for small businesses in the UAE. In hospitality, are guest enquiries still mostly coming through WhatsApp?
Paying for a website is often the wrong first step.
First answer:
Who's your one best customer?
What should they do after visiting?
What proof do you have?
Who answers enquiries, and how fast?
Who keeps it updated?
Can't answer all five? Start there.
Built an AI lead qualification system for a client drowning in junk leads.
60% of their inbound were garbage. Team wasted hours sorting manually.
The fix: n8n catches lead → AI scores it → personalized email if it's worth it → logs to Sheets. No human after setup.
