My cĺar was in a hit & run; called @AAA_Travel for a tow at 9pm, was told one wouldn't be available until 6am.

Got my own tow, paid out of pocket. Submitted for reimbursement. They want a letter from my insurer for a claim that doesn't exist.

Horrible customer experience.
