I am about to lauch my first SaaS in b2c but I am doubting about my strategy. I want to launch with only paid plan and just one free tool as a preview. Any advices ?
@ricoberan Thanks for your reply. My strategy is to position my product as a painkiller. I fear 'tourist behavior'—users who enjoy free features but never upgrade. I'm want to offer a short free trial (3-4 days) with a c.card to boost commitment. Maybe you could lock key features for paid?
@hichdev Same here! AI tools are good, but I spend 70% of my time debugging and refactoring. (I am not a developer), but throughout this journey, I feel like I'm getting better at communicating with AI to get what I want - or knowing when to completely rebuild something when I'm stuck.
