@buildabear I had a very upset and disappointed daughter yesterday. She was so excited to open her Buildabear advent calendar only to find nothing behind the door. I tried calling customer service @ 13:00 waited on the phone for over an hour and still didn’t get through!

@HM_Passport Been chasing my daughters passport for weeks and I was told it couldn’t be upgraded to fast track until 2 weeks prior to travel. Called today to be told nothing has been done with it, I’m waiting for a call back, we travel on Wednesday next week! She’s 10! Help!!
