Have build-in harness for cross-session-resumable-execution plans. Running multiple projects and each time Sol (at max or ultra) is trying to create its own ad-hoc harness for this.

So, roughly:
- have a large effort
- divide it into parts, turn it into an execution plan
- have harness that is tracking the next part to process
- processing can resume in the same or new session
- ideally: parallel processing of independent parts possible
