I was told by @easyJet call centre staff that I could only get a voucher for my cancelled flight to Malta, everybody is now getting refunds??! Why do I only get an option for a voucher?? Please contact me ASAP to organise my refund.

@xdbod_taker Surely the app will come now! I was really 50/50 for the opt out, but again shows how they played everyone by showing all those expensive bookings to ensure people don’t opt out. Now we just wait again. Why a tax paying customer needed to make that decision is just ridiculous
