@Madi39@pdcjay Covid cost him about $500,000. Maybe more but the endorsement deals he lost are undisclosed amounts of money. So not that much money to him.
Could keep going for hours, but no one sees these posts anymore
Vilon is a game changer for not only performance enhancement, but health and longevity
Hope to see it in every humans medicine cabinet one day
STOP SCROLLING FOR A SECOND
You have a higher purpose
A heroic journey
Did you forget?
Your dopamine receptors might be cooked
Think about your goals and ideal future for a second
Did doomscrolling help that version of you get there?
Probably not
So why are you doing it?
The truth: all of our brains have been HIJACKED to some extent
We were all born into a world that fries our dopaminergic system by design
We spend most of our time indoors, away from the sun and under a FAKE sun (artificial lights), sleeping at odd times and it's problematic for so many reasons
Sunlight/circadian rhythm regulates dopamine availability through SEVERAL mechanisms
Artificial blue lights burn dopamine through several mechanisms
"But UM Doesn't that mean we're colossally fucked?"
Yes, but it gets worse
The normalization of processed foods, porn, gambling, excessive gaming, and every other guilty pleasure we engage in is downregulating our receptors too
So we have less dopamine available and less receptors available for a nice 1+1=3 effect
But wait, there's more!
The excessive and unnatural amounts of dopaminergic stimulation we're now dealing with daily is causing excitotoxicity
In plain English, it's killing your brain cells
Issues with memory, learning, mood, and overall cognitive decline are all but guaranteed when your synapses are constantly sparked with reward
Welcome to dopaminergic dysfunction
Dopaminergic dysfunction = less motivation, less enjoyment, easier to control
AKA you never become your best self, not even close
So what am I getting at here?
Am I saying we should all go live in the woods, throw away all technology, meditate all day, and never do anything fun ever?
Absolutely not
Balance is key
When you've been living an anti-dopamine life, it's great when you can be aware enough to realize that and pump the breaks a little
Happens to the best of us, that's why I designed the dopamine fast
Take time off work, spend 2 days camping in nature, fasting from food, absorbing as much sun as possible, and put away the technology
When you get back home, simple healthy foods like a chicken breast and salad taste divine
Simple conveniences we enjoy like showers feel heavenly
You usually find your attention span is a lot better and you might even be able to pick up a book for the first time instead of scrolling through X, or worse tik tok/reels
You have a lot of power in this moment
You can choose to live a dopamine-balanced life
Example:
- Go outside and touch grass 3x per day 20 mins min in morning, afternoon, and sunset
- Do your daily cardio or 10k steps (preferably outside)
- Turn your lights, phone screen, and tv screen red at night
- Use supplemental lights if you're busy, living at the wrong lattitude, or need to play catch up (sperti for UV, emr tek for red)
- start eating at least 80% whole foods and track them on cronometer to make sure you're getting all the vitamins and minerals you need for proper dopaminergic function
sometimes you're mega-fried and you need some assistance too
I've dealt with my fair share of addictions and (not telling anyone to take these) I've had success with
- Oral BPC/PDA
- Adamax
- Bromantane
- 9-me BC
-Omega 3s
- Uridine Monophosphate
- Lion's Mane
- Black Seed Oil

Some more work on building my "toy" for #nightsandweekends tonight I added a new type of data capture called interactions. This data will also be queryable by the AI and helps power the graph image you see. Based on who you interact with, it will make connections between contacts who know each other. This should give a unique way for you to explore the connections you have from different parts of your life. This view was heavily inspired by @obsdmd
These screenshots also showcase the mobile layout of Relaits for the first time. Shoutout to one of the many benefits of building with #FlutterDev
