@SkyHelpTeam in the last two weeks I’ve been promised two callbacks that never materialised and also had two emails unacknowledged, all regarding my complaint with Sky Mobile. Very poor service.

@SkyHelpTeam As much as I am astonished two teams in the same company cannot communicate, especially when it involves an ongoing complaint, it still doesn’t change the fact that it is even more astonishing it’s up to me to chase callbacks I was promised.
