The only difference is that you pay explicitly for one while the cost of other is hidden in the price you pay for your groceries. And your much less likely to have holes in sm garbage bags than free thin grocery bags.

@StephenCol9397 @Thedukeisking Grocery bags in general. Large reusable bags are superior in every way to the paper/plastic standard bags. Plus you can get em insulated for cold stuff or stronger for heavy things. A $2 bag will last for years. Basically free. All youre missing is the joy of needless waste.

In anycase, YOU are aware that you are illegally 2x registered and YOU arent fixing it. Bottom line is that it is YOUR responsibility to keep your registration accurate.

You are incorrect. You can register when you get your license but the two are not "directly attached". You haven't done what you were supposed to do.
