You obviously have zero clue what you’re talking about lol. I’ve had my 15 Pro Max for nearly a year now and I’m down to 97% battery health and it’s still solid battery wise, 15 series and later are rated for 1000 charge cycles or 3-4 years of normal use according my to Apple. You likely had a defective phone.
What’s more frustrating is the same cycle continues, we continue to stupidly blame guns. Yet with nearly EVERY shooting it’s shown that either the school/parents or even law enforcement saw the red flags way ahead of time and could have done something to help and prevent tragedies.
@sa11oum@zollotech If rumors are true it will be A18 Bionic basically a variant of A17 Pro and the new A18 Pro. M series chips coming to iPhone isn’t feasible due to thermal contraints and the M series being a desktop class chip for Mac and iPad.
@Cuzurro@zollotech The CEO of Apple has said AR is the future, VP isn’t that, it’s a proof of concept technology wise that anyone with $3500 can buy. The product that’s meant to possibly become popular and actually have a chance at day to relevance would be AR glasses.
@zollotech@LashaKrikheli 100% agree. While the technology inside and out is amazing, VP is a niche device in its current form and doesn’t really do anything better than other more traditional options. Unfortunately AR glasses seem a long ways away and that’s the product that could possibly go mainstream.
@zollotech I feel like the Vision Pro is existing without knowing what its purpose is. While it can do productivity well depending on the use case it’s still not a good replacement for the Mac, iPad etc.
@MD71_@NimaZeighami No they aren’t making it mainstream. Is that what Apple wants? Sure, but no way at this price and without a killer app or real reason for most people to buy a VR/AR headset and the fact Vision Pro is among one of the heaviest headsets and numerous concerns about long term comfort
@zollotech Not seeing this and if I had to guess it’s likely a carrier issue especially since 17.2.1 was such a minor update it’s highly unlikely it would cause a carrier problem and if it did reports would have been coming in much sooner.
