Meant to have a fridge delivered on Thursday and have heard nothing else. No communication or anything or any update of what’s going on. Looking on twitter it’s obvious this company isn’t great….

The last two I paid for Saturday delivery but there’s been no update. People waiting at home for deliveries that may not happen is a bit of a joke.

@Avis have wrongly charged me £2.5k for damages not done by us and were not there when car was dropped off. Other charges don't even make sense! Customer services number doesn't even work! Absolute thieves! Do not use! #car #rental #italy
