Yes, but they have several well-funded, partially to fully reusable launch vehicles under development and are planning to ramp into massive production for P-LEO very soon (≈3 years). I agree SpaceX will continue to dominate for the next few years, but the U.S. needs a fully functioning, high-capacity space industry, not just one company. And we need other types of innovation in space.
