I just supported @andrewthelam on @buymeacoffee! π
Andrew is creating videos on cool innovations in seemingly boring products. You can support by buying a coffee βοΈ here β https://t.co/HHfrynNzGr
@SpaceX You seem to have lost my Feb StarLink pre-order (paid $99). I tried again last week and paid $99 again. My account only shows the new one but I've paid twice. I would obviously want the one that is earlier in the queue. I have confirmation emails for proof
Then I get email saying, I needed to have spent more. I call and the agent says it was always that way. So basically I have pay them another $70. I officially hate @tmob
Bought a table in Jan explicitly to eventually unlock, I was told I needed to have it on the network for 3 months. Ok, no problem so I bought it fully paid upfront
I thought I was trying to help efficiency by adding something to the service *IF* it was possible while the car was going to be there already but instead I got screwed. Great way to reward your customers
@Tesla , @elonmusk The service scheduling in the app is *horrible*. I had an appointment for 3/9, went to add things could optionally be handled at the time. When it presented a new date I thought it was adding another appointment. It looks it canceled old one instead. GRRRR!
Failing to contact humans remotely I drove to the service center. I give the people there full marks for trying but they couldn't do squat. The "app" did indeed cancel my 3/9 appointment
@Tesla@elonmusk The telemetry data from my Powerwall 2 gateway's local restful API is now critical to several of my energy based home automation systems. Please listen to @AnthonyBe and the rest of the community; reconsider your policy on disabling access to this vital service.
@Tesla@elonmusk Why are you guys being so petty with the Powerwall 1.20 software and turning off Web and API access thus disabling a whole community of sustainability focused people from READING data directly from their PW? https://t.co/H6iFSGHFpr
