Day 13 of #30daychartchallenge. Family Women’s marriage rights in different countries grouped by region. Each row is a country, each column is one right, I’ll list them in the first comment. Gold = yes, violet = no. Regions are sorted by the share of countries with five yeses.

I love Reuters graphic stories. They created several about bio diversity, which are incredibly elegant. So using Day 12 of #30daychartchallenge prompt I quoted one of them — «On the brink» — and stitched visualization about decreasing population of different types of species.

Let there be light. #30daychartchallenge Day 10. Physical. What is more about physics than light. And the story predictably is about electricity: width of each ray (with the note) equals the share of renewable energy consumption of total final energy consumption in a region.

Day 8. Circular. Spent way too much time on this one 😁. It’s a story about Moscow Red Book birds. It’s a bit of dream catcher, bit of bird snares with a little bit of sky. Black strings mean extinct species, but there are yellow ones — recovered species. #30DayChartChallenge

Day 7 of #30daychartchallenge. Hazards. Earthquakes in 2023 caused people deaths. Big circle is Turkey earthquake. I cut the circles from a map with a center approximately where the earthquake happened. Except for Turkey, didn’t have suitable map.
