@Se_Railway if the broken rail at Minster has now been fixed why aren’t you running a shuttle service from St Pancras to Ashford? Platform staff move us up to platform level and all disappeared - chaos at St Pancras

@Se_Railway how you can charge £8k a year for the high speed to Ashford is beyond me. Sitting in the platform at St Pancras and the guard has no idea where the other half of the train is oh and the driver - can’t have lost it on the tracks somewhere surely #completeshambles
