You know that when the truth is told, you can get what you want or you can just get old. (Billy Joel, Vienna). Nothing posted on here is investment advice.
Not investment advice, but I’ll go on the record that $CCLD is likely far too cheap at $2.19/sh. What happens in the short term with the stock is anyone’s guess. But a take-private buyer would almost certainly pay substantially more for the business. This is informative for me
$CCLD is now paying off $833,333 in debt every month under the terms of the new loan that was put in place to redeem the Series B Preferred Shares. That’s $27,397 per day. On a company with ~$99 million market cap. That’s no small thing... EV is ~$168 million at $2.35/sh.
Must be some sort of legacy seller selling into today's earnings print for $CVALF $COV.T. Incredible progress in the company. It's that ultra-rare company that can plow earnings into tangible assets at high rates of return for the foreseeable future. Absolute banger of a quarter
Someone is indiscriminately selling $CCLD. They don’t care that it’s trading for less than 5x FCF (on an equity basis), and less than 8x FCF on an EV basis. They aren’t reading our tweets, and they don’t care about our opinions. Mechanical selling pressure.
$CCLD This AM: "Management will also discuss the Company's At-The-Market ("ATM") equity offering facility, which the Company does not presently intend to use until its share price returns above the $5.00 IPO price."
$CCLD imo is being dumped by event-driven funds that were anticipating a huge post earnings bump. When they didn’t get the exact no-noise quarter they were expecting, they just hit the order book all the way down to where we are now. 5% of the company has changed hands today. Wow
Market indigestion over $CCLD $60M ATM is questionable. Exec Chairman Haq just pledged personal assets for the new $50M loan, securing warrants with a $5.00 strike. He's incentivized to block dilution IMO. ATM could just be a lender backstop aka "break glass in case of emergency"
Going deep researching Covalon Technologies ( $CVALF ). Pristine balance sheet and meaningful (but lumpy) growth. If anyone has any research/thoughts they want to pass along please send me a DM.
@InvestSpecial If $INMD does anything but a major buyback (tender or accelerated share repurchase), Doma Perpetual Capital management will almost certainly launch a campaign to oust the board.
