We're running to win and kick start Minnesota's Comeback!
I said at the outset of this campaign seven months ago, Minnesota is at a crossroads and desperately needs new leadership after two terms of Tim Walz.
Since November, @RyanDWilsonMN and I have traveled the state numerous times and visited with thousands of Minnesotans who are ready for new leadership. They want a governor who will end the culture of fraud and oppressively high taxes and who will make Minnesota affordable again.
The Demuth-Wilson ticket is the only Republican ticket with proven conservative leadership, a grassroots network and the resources it will take to defeat Amy Klobuchar in November.
Ryan Wilson and I look forward to meeting as many Republicans as possible on the road to the primary on Tuesday, Aug. 11.

After a deeply flawed convention in Duluth, Minnesota Republicans should pick our statewide 2026 nominees in the August primary. My thoughts in @StarTribune. https://t.co/FeHlsTI3aV
Amazing story of the day: A Minnesota @FedEx driver rescued a family of three from a rollover crash off 169 near Highway 68. Before any emergency personnel arrived, he was able to drag all three out of the car to safety. Kudos to this good samaritan!

“Sacred Heart of Jesus, I place all my trust in Thee.” You’ve heard me say before that’s one of my favorite prayers. I say it when I get up in the morning, and He never lets me down. I bring that up because it’s June 1stand we’re starting the month of the Sacred Heart. @thegnewsroom
Minnesota has one hope of winning in November.
It’s time to reject the broken and corrupt statewide endorsement process and nominate Michele Tafoya and Lisa Demuth at the top of the ticket.
Republican primary voters will finally determine the party’s future and save our state.
Today, I officially filed to run for the United States Senate!
Minnesotans are looking for a common-sense leader, not another career politician. I’m running to bring new leadership to Washington and put Minnesota first.
Deep inner suffering inevitably arises when the human person is reduced to performance, consumption, or a statistical datum. Many young people today live under the yoke of expectations to perform, immersed in an exasperated competitiveness that generates anxiety, fear of not measuring up, and disorientation.
Friends, last week, in celebration of my ordination anniversary, I joined our diocesan staff for a tour of the Cathedral of Saint Paul, followed by a celebration of the Mass there. We then headed to Target Field for a Twins game.
Not a bad way to mark 40 years!
The delegates who've joined us in Duluth are full of energy and ready to get to work -- right here this weekend, and in November.
We'll unite, we'll fight and we'll win.

Artificial intelligences do not undergo experiences, do not possess a body, do not feel joy or pain, do not mature through relationships, and do not know from within what love, work, friendship or responsibility mean. Nor do they have a moral conscience, since they do not judge good and evil, grasp the ultimate meaning of situations, or bear responsibility for consequences. They may imitate or even simulate, but they do not understand what they produce, for they lack the affective, relational, and spiritual perspective through which human beings grow in wisdom. #MagnificaHumanitas
Excellent commentary in today’s @StarTribune by my friend Matt Hemsley on a better path forward for Minneapolis. The city needs to think more like a business. https://t.co/VUHdeNI6ej
Minnesota Democrats are holding out hope that Angie Craig is going to save them, but a much weaker Peggy Flanagan is going to be their nominee.
But Republicans are set to nominate the strongest candidate weve had since Norm Coleman.
Michele Tafoya can win in November.
🚨 Tony Dungy just endorsed Michele Tafoya for U.S. Senate.
A massive endorsement from one of the pro-life movements biggest voices.
It’s time to unify behind the only candidate who can win in November.
