@_heatgeek one for the social media team. You might want to rename the videos before uploading so they get better notifications. Especially when you can see the version number in the end too 😃

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@_heatgeek full credit to Andrew on your team doing the outreach research calls he was very polite attentive and positive which is very hard to do with a large number of outgoing calls.

@GivEnergy I currently have a hybrid 3.6kw inverter (gen 1) and a 9.5kw gen2 battery connected to a solar system. Can I upgrade the inverter to the GivEnergy AIO and use my old battery as well so I have 23kw of battery storage in total ?

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@ski_world just returned from Jacques in Courchevel. Fantastic chalet. And our hosts Charlotte, Ciara and Henry were Amazing and some of the bests hosts I’ve ever had in 20+ years of skiing.

With the recent changes on planning permission- the removal of the 1m boundary rule. Is there any reassessment of the clearance required for the Arotherm plus - not being able to overlap a boundary and fences not being suitable as a boundary blocker for clearances. @vaillantuk

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

Will the proposed planning reform for house building include anything to relax the rules on Heat Pumps to help increase uptake ? Not everyone has open space to allow for all the current rules when boarders and airflow taken into account @AngelaRayner @Keir_Starmer

@HomoSocialist The land of duvet in the city of bedroom

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

I know it’s 0.41kw as I’m not a super high user but I do like the fact I’m in the top 3%. @OctopusEnergy if I saved 100% and I’m in top 3% do I need to export during a saving session to get higher ? #NotACompetition

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@OctopusEnergy do you not think it would be wise to put the saving session on your WhatsApp channel ? I only found out about it while exploring the site.

@GiganetUK my internet disconnected at around 10:38pm last night and since then my Ping has doubled. Can you advise what’s going on ? cityfibre connection in the Bolton area.

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@seanferrick I didn’t put the sunshine ship and doctor who ship together until you pointed it out. I got big event horizon vibes (well an event horizon that’s had a good maid visiting)

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@unitedutilities how can someone go about arranging for a new water meter to replace one that has become extremely noisy when water is passing through - loud clicking/knocking when water passing through.

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

MOOPSIE !! @seanferrick

@DavidBlue Forget weekly I’m still waiting to find out how Eli is doing #WaitingWithEli #stargate

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

@GiganetUK Hello. Yes it’s back to normal. Why is no incident logged on the status page ? It’s very confusing to have a status page that says everything is operational when it isn’t.

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

What’s going on @GiganetUK this coty fibre connection is up and down more than a yo-yo tonight but your service status page says all working . Im almost regretting staying with you after the whole CGNET migration debacle

[Andy Smith @andycs169]

Being moved onto CGNAT without the option of even going for a static IP after 6 months of service without communication or confirmation that CGNAT meets my needs is just bad customer service @GiganetUK my cancellation request made within hours of this unwanted migration
