@British_Airways received an email from BA advising our connecting flight (from LHR-EDI after a flight from LAS-LHR) has been cancelled.Only way to get a new flight is to call BA, who aren't answering the phone to anyone. How do I book a new flight to avoid being stranded at LHR?

@British_Airways I’ve actually still never been contacted by BA about this. In the meantime, I’ve travelled to the US and had my (rearranged) flight cancelled AGAIN. SHAMBLES of an airline.

@British_Airways @annacorrigan84 Good luck getting any response via DM either. They just say that to look like they're helping someone, but DMs are initially responded to by a bot (that can't help) and then not at all.

@SamuelFurley @MORETHAN I asked the same by DM and was told there would be no impact or additional premium. I was called back today though and advised that I wouldn't be able to claim under my accidental damage cover with the guests in the house. Very disappointing.
