I had great experience getting quick & complete refund for a *covid* travel ticket from @Delta. Just learned that @AlaskaAir, despite receiving VAST federal bailout $$, is keeping money of a friend. Congress should have made federal bailout contingent upon NOT harming consumers.

@chrislhayes Cases appear to be plateauing because testing has gone up again. Overall, these numbers, do not suggest plateau. We still have a long way to go; but I think we are still making progress.
