Desperately sad to hear today's news that Albert Roux has died. I had the privilege of working closely with Albert when leading the wonderful Restaurant Associates business. Brilliant Chef, shrewd businessman, a kind and good man who will be missed.

Gary was a great Chef, making a brilliant contribution to the RA business and all who worked with him. He was also a genuinely good person, who showed consideration and respect to everyone. It was a pleasure to have worked with him.
