WATCH — @Kanew: “Bill Maher says he’s open to voting for Vance in 2028… Bill Maher is not your friend, Democrats. He’s John Fetterman with a talk show. Time to turn him off.”

"There is nobody more American than American Indians! We are America, how can you possibly target Native Americans? It's legally impossible!"
I spent the last few months talking to people across the political spectrum, and to people who want nothing to do with politics at all. Here is what I learned.
We are not a divided country. We are a country being divided, on purpose, by an American oligarchy that profits from the fight. They’ve captured our government, denied our healthcare, looted our treasury, and saddled us with crippling debt.
I believe in a New New Deal. Healthcare as a human right. The right of every family to a decent home, and an end to endless wars.
And a dividend paid to every American from the AI economy, because these machines were built on the whole of human inheritance. That inheritance belongs to all of us, and not just to the handful of men playing God with our very existence.
And none of it happens if we just move on. Donald Trump, his family, and his administration are robbing us blind, not just of our money, but of our faith in one another, and they have to answer for it. Truth and reconciliation, not revenge. Then we break the system that let them do it.
The question is not whether we will lose our democracy. The question is whether we will fight to take back what has already been stolen.
I learned in recovery that you can’t heal what you won’t name. Neither can a country.
“ Shut your mouth about their murders or there will be more murders!” This statement alone should be grounds for firing this grifting, disgraceful excuse for a human being.
Beshear should go to the hospital and demand to see proof Mitch isn’t a vegetable and if they refuse he should go forward with naming his replacement. That’s what Mitch McConnell would do and I think a great way to honor him.
Here's how I know Dems still don't appreciate the situation America is in and what MAGAs are capable of: the Governor of Kentucky should weeks ago have marched to the place Mitch McConnell's staff says he's in and then—if he didn't find him there—appointed a Democrat to his seat.
Tonight I heard a failed and desperate president who as war spirals and prices rise is as always focused on his grievances, his shame, and above all his fear of the accountability that will come with defeat.
I also heard a president signaling his unmistakable intent to attack these elections and our voting rights, just as he tried to throw out our votes and seize the presidency in 2020.
Our answer will be overwhelming.
Across Georgia a wave of defiance is building to rebuke him so decisively that no president ever again dares such brazen corruption and abuse.
The power of the presidency is nothing compared to the power of the people.
Statement from Annie Farmer on meeting with Todd Blanche:
"After meeting with Todd Blanche, I feel even more confident in urging senators to vote against his confirmation as the United States' Attorney General.
"I found him abrasive, condescending, and intentionally noncommittal to survivors — a marked contrast to his public testimony during his confirmation hearing.
"While quick to point to the failures of previous administrations, he refused to take accountability for mistakes made under his own leadership. Specifically, he would not commit to an inquiry into why my sister Maria Farmer's 1996 report went uninvestigated; he refused to release documents related to internal discussions about charging Epstein that would provide important clarification about previous errors, and his explanations for his nine-hour interview with Ghislaine Maxwell and her subsequent transfer to a less secure facility were wholly dissatisfactory and contrived.
"His evasiveness felt like a deliberate attempt to claim the Attorney General's office is powerless in this matter. By passing the buck once again, he is leaving survivors trapped in the same endless loop of searching for answers and receiving none."
Tonight, America watched the ramblings of a mad king.
Donald Trump’s address was not about the last election — it was THIS one.
Before a single vote has been cast, he’s already laying the groundwork to rig this election and convince YOU not to trust the results if they don’t go his way.
This is what authoritarians do. Don’t fall for it.
Organize. Mobilize. SHOW UP and VOTE in November!
Trump says Democrats forgot to rig the election in 2016, successfully rigged it while *he* was president in 2020, then forgot how to rig it again in 2024. So the only election Democrats supposedly stole was the one he himself controlled.
You have to be a special kind of stupid to believe this bullshit.
This exchange between Sen. Ossoff and Trump nominee Jay Clayton—about who won the 2020 election—is well worth watching.
Keep it in mind during Trump's planned address tonight. Then notice who continues to go along with his delusions, and vote accordingly.
🚨This video is terrifying.
And it’s another example of how ICE is making everyone less safe.
At Las Vegas International Airport, two people, in plain clothes, are seen trying to handcuff a man.
The man is screaming for help.
When the person filming asks a TSA agent what is happening, the agent replies, “It’s law enforcement.”
But when the person filming walks over and starts recording the people claiming to be law enforcement, one of them tries to swat the phone away.
Then, as more people begin watching, they get up and leave.
The man is left with a handcuff still attached to one of his wrists. He is visibly shaken and says they stole his belongings.
Think about how dangerous this is.
The government is normalizing armed agents, in plain clothes, grabbing people in public, without immediately identifying themselves in a way bystanders can verify. That creates confusion, panic, and makes it impossible for ordinary people to know whether they’re witnessing a lawful arrest, or a kidnapping.
In this case, people intervened… They started asking questions, and filming.
If no one had stepped in, who knows what would have happened to that man.
A government that expects people to simply accept unidentified agents, taking someone away without question, is making every person in this country less safe.
Ossoff: "Here's what's going to happen tonight: the world's most famous sore loser will deliver a prime-time presidential sour grapes address to pursue his 6-year-old grievances about the 2020 election, while his war in the Middle East spirals out of control and the cost of living continues to rise for Americans across the country. I expect the president to reheat debunked conspiracy theories about the repeatedly litigated and audited and confirmed 2020 presidential election in Georgia, an election that Donald Trump lost. And let me be very clear about this: if the President declares Georgia's election illegitimate, or if the President declares Georgia's sitting United States Senators illegitimate, he is declaring Georgia voters illegitimate. It's Donald Trump who tried to defraud Georgia voters in that election, Donald Trump who tried to commit election fraud when he called Georgia's Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger -- and it was caught on tape, and you should play the tape to your viewers today -- and badgered and bullied Georgia's top election official to 'find him' the votes that he needed to win in a state where he had lost."
Quick question, whatever happened to:
- The DOGE dividend checks
- Tariff rebate checks
- Slashing energy prices
- 10% APR on credit cards
- 1000–1500% cheaper meds
- $2 gas
- The Epstein files
- Reopening the Strait of Hormuz that was already open
- Cheaper groceries
- Ending wars in 24 hours
- The "privately funded" ballroom
- All the jobs
- Lower interest rates
- That great healthcare plan
Any updates?
🚨We just introduced Epstein Files Transparency Act II.
Among other things, it gives STATE AGs necessary access to Epstein files required to prosecute co-conspirators under STATE LAW. https://t.co/RvjKL7O8bV

Massie: My amendment is simple. It strikes $3.3 billion of foreign aid to the country of Israel from the state department funding bill. We've got $39.4 trillion of debt. We've got needs at home, which include our infrastructure, our roads and bridges. We've got a shortfall in that fund. And we've got homeless veterans, and we're sending more money to Israel in this bill than we spend on homeless veterans in this country. Just to put it in perspective, there are 3000 counties in this country, and if you divide that into 3 billion, that's $1 million from every county. This is not a significant amount of money that is going overseas. So I think we should stop it. We should put them on a diet.
