@fever_us I’m reaching out after arriving at an LA show last night & being unable to be allowed in. I’ve contacted Fever Support and am receiving a response that no refund or credit can be provided. That obviously is not ok and awful, predatory business practice. Please fix this

For the non technical founder there are few things sweeter then that first API call or successful deployment (after 14 failed ones before that).
Long live #claude, #replit and #vertexai
@Replit the change in billing and usage is really bad. I’ve asked it to create a dashboard and check the work of Assistant on a few occasions as it doesn’t always implement things correctly, then reaching my credit limit with 16days left is crazy
Planning on launch an real estate MVP first on web in the next month or so and planning on launching some landing pages to gather feedback.
Any specific strategies or distribution platforms people have used to good effect? Let me know.

“Future of entertainment.. is immersive & experiential.” As ticket prices increase @JebTerry is creating an alternative option, skipping the traffic & almost rivals the in-game experience at #COSM. Curious in the unit-economics given the investment in tech, event ops & media rights
🇺🇸✈️🏅Huge day for Team @flyarcher — proud to announce our exclusive partnership with the Olympics, selected as the official air taxi of the @LA28 Olympic and @Paralympics Games and @TeamUSA! No bigger stage to introduce Archer and Midnight to the world.
As part of the partnership, we’ll work with the @USDOT and @FAANews over the next three years to integrate Archer’s Midnight eVTOL aircraft across the LA28 Games and transport VIPs & fans across the Olympic venues – from @USC's Coliseum, to the Stadium at Inglewood, to SoCal’s most popular airports: @flyLAXairport, Hollywood, @JohnWayneAir, Santa Monica, and more.
Thanks to @caseywasserman and team for the partnership. Can’t wait to ramp operations in LA in the years to come – I can already picture Midnight with the Olympic rings in 28!
@ngoel@flyarcher Game changing! @ngoel I helped implement Uber pickup/drop offs at LAX when first formalizing rideshare pickups. Land negotiation, working with LAX officials and local stakeholders. Based in LA with strong knowledge of large venue/airport ops.
Excited to connect with the you & Team
Finally, one point I heard from a City Mayor and am not a fan of is, "cut back on vegetation", in response to future wildfires. I'm proud of LA's natural resources and would hate to seen barren hillsides and less green spaces as the solution to a known problem.
28% of @CityofBevHills is zoned for commercial use, and brings in 55% of the city's revenues (through sales tax etc). Closer to 70% of revenues for Culver City. It's a tough balancing act for these smaller cities between housing and economic development.
“Your budgets are where your priorities are”. Comparatively little spent across the County/State on water conservation & preservation - Ex. post wildfires even after the recent heavy rainfall in Los Angeles, what major futureproofing action was taken to retain much needed water.
My take.. Of course not every building would work but rezoning underutilized space still seems to me like it’s a huge missed opportunity to solve temporary homelessness & affordable housing across LA.
Quick notes
- 65k sqft of office space is now being used by 300 kids displaced by the palisades fire > actually a good example of city organizations moving quickly (through bureaucracy) with regards to permitting, remodeling and inspections.
Good conversation and I appreciated the candor from Mayors of WeHo @Chelsealeebee, @CityofBevHills Mayor Lester Friedman, Culver's Dan O'Brien and @santamonicacity's Lana Negrete. The main focus was on housing solutions within their respective cities. My takeaways...
Home sales across the US will dip to 30 year lows (>4M in 2024). Interest rates, uncertainty in Russia/Gaza you've heard all the reasons. More interestingly, the graph shows post 1995 + 2008 lows the housing market go through a steady, 10 year rally. #RealEstate#HousingMarket
I hadn’t heard this before..

“California is building less homes this year to solve housing affordability than in 2023. Houston completed more developments than the entire state despite 100+ favorable bills signed by the Governor!
Permit fees & restrictive, local bills stall building”
@Peterbojangles@flynorseheelp@flynorse Same thing happened ti me a few days ago. They will ask you to share your bank details and download apps called Remitly and Wise. Be very careful. @flynorseheelp what are you doing to improve the awful customer service and lack of communication as this is a major security concern
