Wow. I call @Barclays customer service with an issue with my Barclays @AmericanAir rewards card. Barclays can’t answer and put me on hold. A rep from American picks up. They don’t have an answer and put me on hold. 10 mins later: ”This is __ from @Citibank how can I help you?”
