@GhoshENTsurgeon @SteelCity_ENT I always look for that blue hue of the cartilage. U know you’re not in the right plane when it keeps pissing bloody. Defo the lignospan helps with the bleeding rather than hydrodissection as it seems hard to raise the right plane no matter if u use lignospan or not
