hay to all filo k-pop stans out there, i hope you guys are watching the senate and impeachment trials as much as you watch your faves. tignan n’yo kung paano tayo tinatrato ng mga binoboto at iniluluklok natin sa puwesto.
everything is political, kahit sa k-pop. hindi lang ito tungkol sa idols or fanwars. politics affects our education, trabaho, healthcare, rights, at kinabukasan. you can stream your faves and still stay informed at the same time.
and don’t even start with, “eh kung walang concert dito ng faves ko, edi pupunta ako ng ibang bansa.” that’s not even the point. not everyone has the privilege to fly abroad, and people shouldn’t have to leave the country just to access opportunities or experiences. if artists and events keep skipping the philippines, maybe ask why. look at the bigger picture instead of brushing it off.
artists and tour organizers don’t just randomly skip countries. there are many factors they consider—taxes, logistics, venue availability, infrastructure, security, regulations, market conditions, and the overall business environment. government policies can influence those conditions, even if they’re not the only reason. so instead of acting like it’s completely unrelated to politics, maybe look at the bigger picture.
support your idols, but don’t stop paying attention to what’s happening in our country. being a k-pop stan and being politically aware can coexist. hold those in power accountable.
I waited until EXHORIZON was over before sharing this because I wanted to tell the story with a clear mind. This isn't about hate or compensation - it's about accountability, transparency, and awareness.
Everything is political.
Kahit yang pagfafangirl mo or ‘yung KPop, political ‘yan. ‘Yung pag-skip ng mga kpop groups/ solos sa Pinas ay hindi lang dahil trip nila or ayaw nila sa bansa.
one of my favourite 2nd gen idols interactions 😭
daesung: during our era, dancing in perfect sync wasn’t a thing yet
wonder girls: ?? you guys in bigbang were the ONLY ones not in sync 💀
HMH is in no rush to join new drama projects, as he is already occupied with rehearsals and practices for his concerts and music shows. Furthermore, he has expressed a desire to avoid typecasting and explore modern suspense dramas. Despite this, his agency continues to pressure him into taking on another costume drama, which would demand a 4-month filming schedule with grueling morning-to-night shifts.
Lately, the actor who barely trended before has been on the hot list for days. Certain groups keep buying negative trending topics to make it look like he is desperate for work and obsessed with billing order 🙄 Whoever used these dirty tactics, I hope it backfires on you. 🪃 🙏
Watching him come this far, staying steady through every obstacle, opposition, and even neglect, feels almost surreal. He is not just another actor or singer. He is proof that dreams can survive disappointment, and that perseverance can take someone exactly where they were
I really hate these sasaengs. There are also those who come to the Music Festivals yesterday and scolded him because he didn't give them specifically fanservice. Who do they think they are? Like, what even is their goal coming to see him? As a bragging material?

They keep exploiting him for profit whenever it suits them, yet they never bother to defend or support him when he actually needs it. It’s frustrating dealing with people like that who only show up when there’s something to gain.
