#AttitudeofGratitude in 2021. A 1000 things to be #grateful for this year. I wanted to jot it down in a journal but instead I will share it with you in this thread. It'll be random and I may lose count over the year but I am excited to live intentionally grateful this year.
@Anele Do think she could've saved time on the corruption q by just saying: Should an allegation be made under my leadership it is my responsibility to ensure all measures are taken to ensure it is addressed and resolved as quickly as possible. And move on...
@Anele Ask whatever you want. Her response to your questions was her prerogative. Comparing this interview with the one on SABC the questions were not that different... Think the fact that they ran late added pressure to the whole situation and she was more on edge than she needed to be

Yes. And as an @AbsaSouthAfrica customer this was really infuriating the first time I saw this. It defaults to Payshap or Direct payments which is even more expensive!

Good receptionists or switch board operators are probably the most underrated people in the world. Kudos to them! It makes such a huge difference if you call a company and get properly assisted from the first moment someone picks up the phone.
@VoxTalk2Us... Why. Why is it so easy for you to religiously collect your money... AND disconnect a line all in one go? I really hope this is not another two weeks to rectify the problem as it was in Feb 2023. Like does someone just come to work and think let's disconnect lines?
@VoxTelecom Debit order goes off on 1 Aug. 11:00 on 4 Aug Wifi drops. Call to report... There's an incorrect notice to cancel on your account, mam........ I don't feel like holding on your line. But I do like to get my wifi back up and running, please.
@VoxTelecom@vumatel I don't like to be this person and quite frankly I don't like that this is what I have to do to ensure good service delivery. I kid you not! Less than an hour later we have wifi again. Thank you. Not sorry for not being willing to wait 3 days to raise these things publicly.
This is bullshit. I don't get a 10% leniency on my account for the three days I can't use the service @VoxTelecom and @vumatel. Kindly explain to me when your problem can NOT be mine?
@VoxTelecom@vumatel Earlier this year when you had scheduled maintenance and we didn't have wifi for 5-7 days we still paid for your service in full. I appreciate you have to maintain your infrastructure but what the hell did you do if we still have outages??
