Horribly disappointed by the service of @bookingcom. forced to book a hotel by @bookingcom as the first hotel on their website refused to accommodate a foreign national, said they'll refund the surcharge ( double btw). Now all I am getting are bad excuses from their employees!

@rocknrolla633 That's not even the point here. I still had all the right to travel. I had visa arrival. I was intending to book the hotel through discover Qatar, so they had no right to not allow me to board. FYI, one can see the status and probability of you getting the staff ticket.

Her senior heard my case and asked her to let me board the flight. Yet, she denied her boss's orders and kept denying my check-in saying my staff ticket isn't valid. This comes from an airline that knows how staff tickets work! I was shocked to hear this from them.
