Long story short myself and my mom were traveling and unfortunately we lost her father my grandfather the same day
I spoke to Air India about the situation n they told me to provide relationship prof I did pls c ss #disappointment

Today 10/10/24 was travelling from Leeds to Barnsley at 15:38
I lost my laptop bag in d train
TRAIN NO. 1L69
I had immediately informed at the Barnsley assistance after d train left within 4min my LAPTOP PASSPORT MONEY in the bag
no assistance please help
