Apologies to keep coming back to you but need to be absolutely sure that a LFT emailed to you on the 25th will be processed on the 25th and the certificates sent to us within 2 hours.

@JDSports What do I need to do to get a callback from your accounts department regarding my refund? It has been almost 4 weeks and I am being ignored by email and the customer services team! Any advice gratefully received!
