Hi @bookingcom I booked with you (Reservation 6183583397) and the price I paid stated that it “Includes taxes and charges”.

However, upon arrival I was charged an additional €27 in taxes by the accommodation, so please can you refund this.

⚠️Warning: @RadicalStorage is listing closed shops as "available". The app hides addresses until after payment and I was charged x 2 for a shop that wasn't even open! Had to take a cab to a far location just to drop our bags. Pls can we have refunds for the non-bookings & cab.
