Police in London are appealing for information on two young people caught on CCTV before and after two kittens were allegedly tortured and killed.
It happened on 3 May in Ickenham Road, Ruislip.
In the CCTV the boy is seen carrying a duffel bag thought to contain the kittens.

A few months ago I was contacted by a journalist from the New York Times, at first I thought he was pulling my leg, he was doing a story about the challenges some families may face when travelling abroad with a Neurodivergent family member, and had come across a tweet of mine about taking Ryan a autistic 27 year old on his first ever airplane, he wanted to hear our story , challenges and my hints and tips, we are in the New York Times!!! How incredible is that.

My Sons life has been on hold for 4+years as it took so long to diagnose his PANS PANDAS. He’s still cant speak to people or leave his Moms house. I haven’t seen him for yrs. This is why I’m so focussed on spreading awareness, early diagnosis works. More student Nurse feedback 👇

I'm butting heads with someone that's trying to reduce Ryan's support within daycentre, it happens from time to time, they increase fees, they've tried reducing days, they've refused disability related expenses, they try to cut costs, so I simply say I will not sign any care plan that compromises Ryan's safety or the safety of staff or other service users, then I go a step further I then demonstrate what has happened and what will happen if any supervision is reduced, I then make sure this is written up word for word, I know of parents that just accept these changes then the next year further changes and before you know it your child that has high support needs high care needs is now getting no help and support and daycentre is taken away,. this is not the parents fault nobody should be put in this position, we shouldn't have to fight this hard.

If I was serious about fixing social care, I'd start by asking and including the people that use it that fight for it that have been let down by it. Invite service users and unpaid carers into talks and discussions.
