@DinahLiversidge If you have chosen to give something for free, that is a different matter than being asked or expected to do so. But the very least the recipients can do is thank you properly by email or phone call afterwards.

@DinahLiversidge I never really know why organisations (other than maybe charities) think it is OK to ask us to speak or give training for free. I would never ask a plumber to come to my house and install a toilet for free. So why is it OK to ask us to give our expertise for free?
