What is also disturbing, is that it took over 2 months of foot-dragging for PACC and Pima County to release Snuggles wellness report to Jennifer’s attorneys! COT (The City of Tucson) has maintained in court filings, that Snuggles is well cared for at the PACC facility. What a farce Mayor Romero @TucsonRomero!

Hired Attorney
The worst, incompetent at her job and only cares about her own ego instead of justice. Kills dogs for fun. Horrible human being and doesn’t know how court proceedings work, utterly unprepared for court but still acts as if everything should be put on hold for her.

🩷On May 30th, I made a public records request for all communications between city & county officials regarding the Sergeant Snuggles Case.

🩷 Today- almost FOUR months later, I got my documents.

🩷 Case Background:
Snuggles, a 1 yr old puppy, has been confined in a cement cell for over TEN MONTHS while his family fights his euthanasia order, for a 1st time bite incident of grandma on private property- yet tax payer dollars have been wasted by Roni Byrne & co to make sure Snuggles is put to death.

🩷 New Info:
Roni Byrne refused a written offer back in May, by an aggressive dog sanctuary to take Snuggles out of Arizona- an offer both PACC & the Deputy County Administrator seemed on board with as a solution.

The family is fighting back, filed lawsuits in both state and federal court.

🚨How to Help🚨:
Keep the pressure on these government officials- ask that they negotiate with the family & LET SNUGGLES GO HOME
