Our key shortage right now is Patriot interceptors to take down Russian ballistic missiles. Russia is betting primarily on ballistic missiles in this war, especially with winter approaching. We now need particular help securing anti-ballistic missile interceptors. Europe has these resources, and so do our partners in the United States.

It is important that the relevant programs truly work, particularly the PURL initiative, and that the U.S. side does not delay deliveries under the program. We are counting heavily on support for this at every level.

Every day of delay means losses and destruction for us, given that Russia’s ballistic missile campaign against our cities and communities continues every single day, nonstop. We need the appropriate deliveries.

Ukraine signed an agreement with the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), opening access to NATO procurement mechanisms.

This means faster access to military supplies, fewer intermediaries, and new opportunities for Ukrainian defence manufacturers to compete for NATO contracts.

Люди погружаются, зачастую добровольно, в состояние, которое можно назвать „заколдованным сном“, стремясь отгородиться от бушующих за стенами дома бурь, включая политические решения, на которые трудно повлиять, хотя они затрагивают каждого.

Такой „сон“ был характерен для российского общества на протяжении всей эпохи Путина. Это проявляется, в частности, в удивительной устойчивости общественного мнения: рейтинг одобрения Путина никогда не опускался ниже 59%. Возможно, война подвергает эту устойчивость испытанию, однако пока никакого масштабного пробуждения не произошло».

Viktor Podvalny from Yalta was sentenced to 27 years for allegedly plotting attacks on russian-installed officials.

According to his brother, Viktor was tortured, beaten, strangled and drugged after his arrest. His captors even told him his wife was dead and his children had been taken to an orphanage.

His alleged “crime”? Opposing russian-installed rule in occupied Crimea.

His family is hoping for an exchange to bring him home. He must not be left to rot in a russian prison.
