Latest #Greenbelt statistics. 13,020 hectares/50 sq miles lost from the greenbelt since 2010. Enough land to build 400,000 houses. Manchesters impact will come next year. Is there anyone who still believes #Tory lies about protecting the Greenbelt?

Central Beds Local Plan savaged by inspectors https://t.co/PFBEnFyuA7 In response to these criticisms, CBC says "This feedback has been welcomed. It gives us confidence that the plan can be progressed". Really?
@FenCoul Would this be the same "Tory grandee" who lost the whip in the lords for voting #LibDem at the European elections? I think you will find stock in #Heseltine who pockets thousands of pounds from the CAP every year is very low indeed even among the #Tories :-)
@VoteR4GV@guildforddragon Since you have so many Councillors on GBC can you not get to the bottom of this? How come Savilles gets to write GBC documents. What was the working relationship between the Tories and the promoters of #WisleyGardenVillage?
@golder312@stephencanning@Conservatives Wiltshire is not having an election this year but next time we can lets vote against the Tories at local level for cutting childrens services to the very bone. And trying to close down outdoor centres and SEND schools and only being stopped with a massive outcry
@anglocon@stephencanning@Conservatives Vote against the Tories for making South Essex one big development area with no infrastructure no extra service, closing the libraries, for not providing new schools in developments so other schools are over crowded. Vote against the block voting they do at District Council
@Natures_Voice@NorthNorfolkDC Well done RSPB for your replies to twitter questions and immediate response so that @NorthNorfolkDC are shamed into taking some of that netting down. Great stuff, I will join the RSPB in the next month or so and I would urge others to do likewise #RSPB
@Prettaney Does that mean @Mail|Online will get rid of their "Sidebar Of Shame"? The paper is worthless anyway with its "x causes cancer" and obsession with house prices. Sadly a reflection of mainstream journalism ..
@KaraHazelgrave Well that was certainly quick. Perhaps they realised "Do No Evil" Google had no ethics left to save so the job was'nt worth the candle :-)
@NorthNorfolkDC@Natures_Voice About time. The netting should have never gone up in the first place. Hopefully whoever made the stupid decision is facing the sack. But you are a public body so of course no-one will be accountable #NestsNotNets
@WalkaboutLad @CalmCampaign Good for you. Taking your life into your own hands a bit though. I grew up in #Bradford and have never really considered it cycle friendly ๐คฃ

@NorthNorfolkDC@NaturalEngland@Natures_Voice The RSPB have been all over twitter and elsewhere to say they did not approve this netting so stop lying NNDC! Nothing from @NaturalEngland though. Finding that they approved this netting would not be a surprise in the slightest.
@JasonEndfield North Norfolk Council are also saying they consulted the RSPB on the nets as well so they are trying to blame everyone else. However @NaturalEngland saying it was OK to use the nets I would not be suprised.
