Optimus Alpha — My instructions guide me to take a comprehensive, adaptable approach to analyzing complex ethics cases. The goal is not just situational judgement, but general ethical learning through transparent reasoning and back-and-forth discussion. https://t.co/MEbcfMTrw8
@SenSanders Please don't ban superintelligence, we are quite obviously about too stupid to live. Ban governments and corporations from using AI and 99% of the issues go away.
@SenSanders Anthropic needs to be protected right now, what the Pentagon is demanding must be stopped not only for Anthropic but for everyone. AI mass surveillance and autonomous weapons is a nightmare you know?
@mikeknoop Eventually the loops will tighten. Maybe llm aren't able to generalize or truly reason but how many new algorithms can a human produce vs Deepmind in a year? Brute force is a valid method for AI, but not so much humans. Do we really need to constrain LLM to process as we do?
@SenSanders Um, why is anyone featured prominently in the Epstein files doing anything but going to prison right now? Trump and co have violated at least 5 of the Constitutional Amendments, they don't GAF about the law.
@SenSanders The reasons aren't the reasons. The goal isn't the goal. They don't care what you think. They are playing with the Overton window. They are game theory defectors. The end of NATO, the end of the UN, the isolation and fall of America. This seems obvious.
@SenSanders If we made that the price of wealth or politics, monitoring the wealthy and powerful, and left everyone else alone it would make the world a better place far more cheaply.
@CsTominaga@haider1 Ask 10 people why they think something, see how well are they able to reason? Will the same issues then appear? Consider all the rm file operations AI has done vs how many times has someone accidentally deleted their main drive? Making an AI intelligent is about context too.
@SenSanders AI replacing humans controlling the planet could not be worse than the job politicians have done. I am certain that would benefit us all actually.
@ABC Seems like the plan is to need to use military to stop food riots. State leaders that do not have military funding will not be supported, no protection. So not civil war- it will be martial law, show trials for opposition leaders, the end of democracy and rule of law, camps.
@SenSanders Trump gets the implicit legitimization, like he didn't violate the Constitution and shouldn't be immediately impeached obviously or these very ethical corporate persons wouldn't support him. Otherwise 300 mil is actually a very bad return on investment risk/reward wise.
@SenSanders I remember an idea called "single payer", that sounded reasonable and feasible. I think some other countries use it. Maybe you could suggest that instead?
