But the solutions is to grow the economy by making it easier for businesses in South Africa to do business - employ more people to lower the tax burden.
And obviously (which wont happen under this government) to stop corruption.

He is in the correct lane that has the right of way. If he had to move out of his lane to allow that other driver to drive contra flow, that, indeed, would be taking the law into his own hands.
