@TWC_Help k.. I rely on internet connection for work. Being confined to phone is NOT cool... Please anything I can do to speed up. Tell me.

[aniello @aniellofx]

Please do check for the earliest time. It is probably something simple as old hardware (modem is YEARS old)

[aniello @aniellofx]

@TWC_Help can I bring modem in to store and get it swapped?

[aniello @aniellofx]

@TWC_Help this is completely unacceptable to go 6 days without internet. It's the sole reason for having TWC. Is there any way to expedite?

[aniello @aniellofx]

@TWC_Help still nothing.... Have power cycled modem and router - not my first rodeo...

[aniello @aniellofx]

@TWC_Help any updates? Been 12 hours now - no internet.....

[aniello @aniellofx]

@pilotfiber please tweet me when you offer service to lower manhattan apts too... Not just office!

[aniello @aniellofx]

@TWC_Help Internet still down here in NYC, since 130am last night...

@getmuut dev console when click on anything "Uncaught error: connection closed" and check s.call and r.handle maybe?

[aniello @aniellofx]

@getmuut I should specify, it initially loads, but then no clicks/actions work. I think something may be killing the socket connection?

[aniello @aniellofx]

@getmuut happens on every forum. For instance, your homepage https://t.co/GJvw2vhGAE says "Reconnecting..." on top of page. nothing loads

[aniello @aniellofx]

@getmuut cannot get muut to work on newest chrome (osx 10.8.5) but works fine on safari. what gives? dev console says "connection closed"

[aniello @aniellofx]
