महाराष्ट्रात शिक्षणाच्या आय चा घोव झाला आहे
साधारण २००० सरकारी शाळा निधी अभावी बंद पडल्या आहेत
विद्यापीठात आणि शालेय बोर्डात बोगस डिग्री आणि आणि मार्कशीट्स चा बाजार भरला आहे

राज्यात शिक्षणाची अत्यंत खराब अवस्था असतानाच शालेय शिक्षण मंत्री कार्यालयातून एक धक्कादायक माहिती समोर येत आहे.
शासनाच्या धोरणामुळे खाजगी संस्थाचालकांचे कंबरडे मोडले असतानाच स्वयंअर्थसहाय्यित शाळेच्या अंतिम मंत्र्याच्या मान्यतेला तब्बल पाच ते दहा लाख रुपये घेऊनच मान्यता मिळत आहे. तसेच तुकडी वाढीसाठी आठ लाख रुपये व शाळेच्या इरादा पत्रासाठी पाच लाख रुपये दिल्याशिवाय मंत्री कार्यालयात मंत्र्यांचे ओएसडी महाशय उभा ही करत नसल्याचे माहिती मिळत आहे. तसेच पैसे घेऊनही सहा सहा महिने संस्था चालकांना मंत्री कार्यालयात हेलपाटे मारावे लागत असल्याचे कळत आहे. मी मंत्री महोदयांचा पाहुणा असल्याने मला कोणीही काही करू शकत नसल्याचा अविर्भाव या ओएसडी महाशांकडे ठासून भरलेला दिसून येतो. संस्थाचालकांना एक शाळा उभा करण्यासाठी करोडो रुपयांचा खर्च येत असताना शालेय शिक्षण विभागाच्या व्यवस्थेकडून सर्व अधिकारी व मंत्र्यांच्या मान्यतेसाठी तब्बल 50 लाखाचा खर्च येत असल्याने शाळेच्या संस्था कशा उभा करायचा असा प्रश्न संस्थाचालकांना पडला आहें.

रेट कार्ड शालेय शिक्षण मंत्री कार्यालयाचे:
1) शाळेच्या अंतिम मंत्र्यांच्या मान्यतेसाठी - पाच ते दहा लाख
2) शाळेच्या तुकडी वाढीसाठी - आठ लाख
3) शाळेच्या इरादा पत्रासाठी - पाच लाख

The mistake lies with the government. If the government genuinely wants dialogue, it should come out in the open and hold discussions in front of all the students.
