नमस्कार दोस्तों ,

ये शर्मनाक घटना उत्तर प्रदेश की राजधानी लखनऊ की है , जहां एक गालीबाज दरोगा जी , जो खुद एक जिम्मेदार पद पर हैं , इंडियन बैंक की एक शाखा में पहुंचते हैं और वहां मौजूद महिला व पुरुष बैंककर्मियों के सामने खुलेआम मां-बहन की गालियों की बौछार कर देते हैं।

बैंक में उस समय कई महिला कर्मचारी और महिला ग्राहक भी मौजूद थीं , लेकिन दरोगा जी को न तो वर्दी की शर्म रही और न ही महिलाओं की गरिमा का ख्याल।
जब बैंककर्मी शालीनता से बात करने की कोशिश करते हैं, तो दरोगा महोदय और भड़क उठते हैं और कहते हैं >>
जिसको बोलना है बोल दो , जो उखाड़ना है उखाड़ लो।

बर्ताव ऐसा जैसे कोई शराब के नशे में धुत सड़कछाप गुंडा हो ,
ना कि जनता का रक्षक।
और हैरानी की बात ये कि वहां मौजूद अन्य पुलिसकर्मी तमाशबीन बने रहे।
क्यों?
क्योंकि उनको पता है >>
बस एक दो फॉर्मेलिटी और मामला रफा-दफा। चौकी थाना तो अपना ही है।

अब ज़रा सोचिए >>
अगर यही हरकत किसी आम आदमी ने की होती ,
तो पुलिस वाले उसका पिछवाड़ा लाल कर चुके होते।

भाइयों और बहनों ,
कानून सबके लिए बराबर होना चाहिए।
बैंककर्मी हो या ठेले वाला, महिला ग्राहक हो या ऑफिसर >>
हर किसी का सम्मान होना चाहिए।

ऐसे घटिया मानसिकता वाले दरोगाओं को तुरंत निलंबित नहीं, सीधा टर्मिनेट करना चाहिए।
उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस को एक सख्त उदाहरण पेश करना चाहिए ,
ताकि वर्दी पहनकर कोई दोबारा गुंडई करने की हिम्मत न कर सके।
