Fiji has made incredible strides in nephrology, becoming the only independent Pacific island nation with an established kidney care service, and launching their national kidney society, which is now affiliated with @ISNkidneycare. But a wave of undiagnosed diabetic kidney disease is threatening to overwhelm its fragile healthcare system.
