@GMB I had an appointment and became unwell. Spent over 35 minutes on the phone to cancel then they cut me off! Emailed the practice no response. I bet at a lot of DNA’s is because an inadequate system to change or cancel!!!!!

@quookeruk Really, still no telephone call from anyone. But do have 2 contradicting emails with dates for a service on 16/1 and another for 31/1. What a shambles and tap still not working!!! Such an expensive item and very poor after sales.

@quookeruk so had a service and repair on Wednesday. Only to find no cold water and awful noise. Quick call and engineer book for today , but have had no confirmation email - what do we do sit and wait for you? Tried to call but office closed!!!

@TalkTalk There is no point! Your service is floored, on to messenger since 8.05 only to be disconnected at 8.55 after sending me round in circles!!

@TalkTalk mist pathetic service ever! Spending hours on chat lines to be given the run around, asking question after non relevant question. Time wasting till suddenly with no communication the service is closed!!!! Not good enough and Im paying for this shambles

@APPLIANCES71925 worst company ever. I would advise do not order goods from this company unless you want to be lied to, promised delivery date to find out that it can not be completed. Lied to that you have been telephoned when you haven’t t. Total waste of time and spacec

@Vistaprint Sadest thing is no one from your end can get through to the courier to find out when it will arrive!!! Think its time to change you delivery method.

@Vistaprint poor show was expecting a delivery and was promised it would arrive today. Guess what no show. Awful service and would urge anyone not to use you as too unreliable!
